grow sunflower sprouts

A few years ago we discovered sunflower sprouts at our local farmer’s market during the summer. Each year we venture to the same booth every Saturday to pick up our weekly bag of sprouts for our family. On numerous occasions, I have mentioned that I would soon learn to make our own or wait until we have a greenhouse.

FYI You don’t need a greenhouse to make sunflower sprouts.

I was also amazed at how fast the sunflower sprouts grow and that growing your own is the best route to go.
