The summer may have come to an end but every now and then you want to enjoy a nice relaxing fruit smoothie.  You can also substitute or add other fruits to your liking.  ENJOY!

Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen berry medley (blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
1 Tablespoon of low fat milk
1 6 oz. carton of low fat vanilla yogurt

Prepartion:
Combine everything in blender and then serve

Yield: 2
