    These were out of this world! They were a bit tangy for me, so I topped them with a tiny drizzle of honey – the bit of sweetness balanced it perfectly.

    I will be making these today.   I have some truffle honey which I will drizzle 4 or 5 drops on each of the appetizers.    Great Keto fat bomb.    May also be great with smoked salmon instead of bacon.

    I top these with a drizzle of local honey. The touch of sweetness perfectly balances the tang of the cheese and the saltiness of the bacon and nuts. They are a family favorite!
