It’s so hot here in Texas.  I’m going to try and help everyone out with this refreshing drink.  It’s a simple lemonade with added juice.  I bought 100% juice that was frozen at the local grocery store.  I hope this helps everyone cool off. ENJOY!!!

Ingredients:
6 large lemons
1/2 cup sugar
12 fl oz. frozen container blueberry pomegranate juice
2 qts water
ice

Preparation:
Heat each large lemon for 10 seconds in microwave and then roll around on counter to loosen it up
Cut the lemon and squeeze into a cup container
When you are finished with all the lemons scoop out any seed that may have fallen into cup container
Pour the lemon juice into a large container for serving
Add sugar, water, and frozen juice
Stir the mixture and add some ice

Anything to beat the heat sounds good — you’ve had it worse than we have. Really a nice flavor combo!
