Zucchini Crisps

After having such a healthy meal last night I decided to be really bad tonight.  Oops!  So, I made deer steak with these lovely zucchini crisps.  These are great for a little snack or to go along with a main meal.  These are sure to be a favorite.  ENJOY!

3/4 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup corn meal
2 lg egg whites
2 Tbsp of milk
1 tsp seasoning salt
2 large zucchinis
canola oil

Set up two bowls one with milk and egg whites and the other with the flour, corn meal, salt
Heat large pan with enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan
Cut the zucchinis and dip each piece once in the milk/egg whites and then into the flour
Repeat the above step
Place them now into the hot oil and cook each side 3-4 minutes
Remove from pan and place on paper towels to soak up and left over grease
Salt after removing
Serve with your favorite dip
