Turkey Mexican Bowl and Giveaway

Turkey Mexican Bowl-5

I have a confession to make. I’m totally addicted to Downton Abbey! It’s currently on its Fourth Season but I didn’t get hooked until this past December. Everyone was always talking about the show and I love a good one that draws you in and you can’t even leave the couch to do something else.

That is Downton Abbey for me.

If you do watch the show you will know exactly what I am talking about with the drama. Not to mention what happened on the latest episode. I won’t spill any beans just in case you haven’t seen it or you start watching it soon. With all of that being said I’m usually in a pinch for dinner on Sunday nights. After cooking all week and taking photos, I sometimes just want to sit down to a quick and healthy meal to watch TV.

I used their tri-cut potatoes with sea salt for this easy recipe. Everyone knows that I’m a Mexican food fanatic and I had to add a little of that flavor to these potatoes. To keep with the healthy theme I used lean ground turkey as well as some fresh vegetables topped with a little bit of cheese.

There are so many great recipes showcasing Alexia’s Smart Classic line so please stop by to check it out. We are also doing a giveaway that includes a 12 piece Calphalon cookware set and a Williams Sonoma Dip Seasoning Kit.
