Every time I turn on my computer it reaches the MSN.com home screen. It usually reads top places to find the best burger, top news stories or some celebrity that has caught the latest attention of the paps.
After catching up on the news in 5 minutes my attention directly goes to the food section. I mean who wouldn’t love to have the job of going around and trying out the best burgers, best pizzas, best bars, best ice cream joints and so on.

Maybe I should start a mission in my own city to see what happens besides my pants getting a litter tighter. I think I will start off with breakfast tacos.
It’s all about comfort food with me. That’s why I’m talking about this slow cooker green bean casserole with you today. Everyone including me has made green bean casserole about a hundred different ways. You have the classic version, this one with mashed potatoes in the center and now this slow cooker version.
This past Sunday we had a huge BBQ cookout with a pit and everything right in front of our house. We invited my husband’s family and some of our neighbors to help us out with this feast. My husband took care of the ribs, chicken, sausage and I was to take care of the sides. I forgot to mention that I woke up sick so I was trying to pick something that was easy to make but would still grab the attention of everyone’s hungry stomach.
Slow cooker green bean casserole for the win and I also made this German potato salad where the flavor was spot on.
