The first time I ever had roasted cauliflower was a couple years ago at a pizza restaurant.  It was so delicious and I knew that when I got home I would have to recreate the dish.  Now, I see it at all types of restaurants.  This is my version of roasted cauliflower.  ENJOY!!!
Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
1 Yellow Cauliflower head
1 Tbsp. pine nuts
olive oil
sea salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375
Cut cauliflower into small florets
Place on baking pan and pour olive oil and lemon juice over cauliflower
Bake for 30 mins; Mix and pour a little more olive oil and put pine nuts on top of florets
Bake for another 15-20 mins until soft
Sprinkle with salt and Parmesan cheese
