Nutella Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream

I love ice cream, yes I do, I love ice cream… how about you?

Ice cream is one of my go-to desserts along with cookies, cupcakes, cake…..etc. No, I think IT IS my go-to dessert of all time. I love going to the self-service yogurt shops to load up my cup with 2-3 different kinds of yogurt and then top it off with about three or more toppings. Yes, that can get expensive, but my stomach is sure happy.

My favorite toppings include Butterfinger, peanut butter cups, toffee, and then a couple of pieces of fresh fruit to help me think it is more balanced.

Today I am going to let you know that this is by far the best and creamiest recipe for ice cream that I have ever made. In two days all we had left in our house was 1 pint. This ice cream did not last long at all, and I’m already planning another trip to the store so I can make it again. Forget the yogurt shops when you can make homemade Nutella Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream in the comfort of your own home.

What’s your favorite flavor and toppings?
