Low Carb Mashed Cauliflower

Whip up this Low Carb Mashed Cauliflower in less than 30 minutes. It’s the perfect accompaniment to any main entree.

Low Carb Mashed Cauliflower

This week I announced on my A Zesty Bite Facebook group about a new community that I’m currently trying to grow. You can think of it as an inspirationalĀ feel-good group that is focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I’ll be sharing recipes that I find for my low carb/keto diet that I’m on, as well as pictures and other lifestyles posts circled around this group. If you think you could benefit from a community like this one or just want to come check it out — I would love to welcome you.

The first two weeks that I was on the low carb journey… I struggled. Not with cheating or craving certain foods but it’s like my mind went blank on actual meals that I could eat during the day. I’m hoping that in the weeks to come I can show you some of my NEW recipes that have been developed that are low calorie yet still taste great.

Low Carb Mashed Cauliflower

Let’s start off with this Low Carb Mashed Cauliflower dish. It’s the perfect side dish to accompany any main entree. If you feel like you are craving carbs or wanting something hearty besides a salad, then this is the place to start. Now on my specific low carb diet, I’m off all milk, certain kinds of butterĀ and any cheese needs to be fat-free. As you will see below this recipe, I’m providing the nutrition facts along with stating what brands I used in the actual recipe. These numbers may vary if you include a different brand or deviate from the original recipe.

I hope you enjoy this mashed cauliflower just as much as we did.

ENJOY ~ Meagan
