Lean Lemon Turkey

Are you ever in need of a cheap, simple, and delicious dish? This meal has only three ingredients and you can do so much with the meat. I created soft tacos with whole wheat tortillas and shredded cheese. Everyone will love this dish and the turkey is full of flavor – thank you Jenni-O. ENJOY!
Ingredients:
1 lb. Jenni-O Taco Seasnoned Ground Turkey
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 lemon
Preparation:
In a large skillet add the onion and turkey and cook over medium heat
While the meat is cooking chop up the turkey with a spatula so that the pieces crumble
When meat is done add the juice of one squeezed lemon to the top of the meat

i am not a turkey fan .. but i like the simplicity of the dish!
