Over the past few years, this recipe has become a fan favorite for my readers. It also happens to be the #1 recipe for Homemade Waffle Batter on Pinterest. Yes, you can use a mix for pancakes or waffles but it is so much better when you can make it from scratch. I mean I would be impressed if someone made me homemade anything and it didn’t come from a box.

We are huge fans of pancakes/waffles, bacon and eggs for weekend morning meals. The kids like to get involved in the kitchen. Now if I could just get them to make coffee or bring me breakfast in bed on one of those cute looking trays that we don’t even own.

One day..soon I hope.
