21 Healthy one Pot Meals

Most nights at home consist of a nice hot meal. However, there are others where I don’t want to cook, I don’t want to go to the store and I don’t want leftovers. In that case it’s a frozen pizza (shocker alert – yes I eat those) or a quick venture to a local diner.

Now let’s get back to those nice hot meals at home. Sometimes I want something quick, healthy and not a lot of dishes to clean up afterwards. That’s where this 21 healthy one pot meal roundup comes in hand. One-pot meals are so easy to make and you can typically just store the leftovers in the same pan or dish that it was made in.
