I am girl who loves any type of seafood. My boyfriend (Shaun) and I have decided to at least eat some type of seafood once a week. I wanted to use the grill since it has been warm in Houston and before the rain comes. The garlic butter sauce is really easy to whip up for the shrimp. ENJOY!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 Tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 Tablespoon lemon
1/2 teaspoon of garlic
Ground black pepper
Preparation:
In microwavable bowl put butter, garlic, and lemon and heat until butter is melted
Add parsley to the bowl and the sauce is finished
Put skewers through the shrimp
Dab a little of the sauce and put on one side of shrimp and lay that side face down on grill
Sprinkle some black pepper on shrimp
Cook for 4-5 minutes; baste the shrimp before flipping and a few times while cooking
Cook for another 4-5 minutes; baste again
Shrimp should have a really pink color to them
