Eggnog Fudge

Eggnog Fudge

It’s like Christmas came early for this girl. One of my best friends came to visit me and give me some much needed girl chat time. She’s been here for the past couple of days and that has allowed me to take naps, get recipes done and of course treat someone out to dinner.

While she was here we tested out a couple of recipes with this Eggnog Fudge being one of them. It was even her idea to finish or top it off with the ground nutmeg. I’m a sucker for fudge anytime during the year but there is something about it during the holidays that can just put a smile on my face.

Eggnog Fudge

Last year it was this Peppermint Chocolate Fudge and now I had to stick with the holiday trend of adding a little Silk eggnog to complete this Eggnog Fudge. Nothing like starting your morning off with a little bit of fudge with a hot cup of coffee to get you going for the day. In fact I think I should do it more often.

This recipe can be packaged up for any last minute teacher or neighbor gifts. Unless you just want to eat it all for yourself, which is totally OK by me.

Now it’s off to go enjoy some more fudge with my friend before she leaves to head back home.
