Easy Garlic Sauteed Mushrooms

I’ll be the first to admit that I LOVE mushrooms. You can find me eating them raw, sauteed, baked, smoked or mixed in with other ingredients for one delicious casserole. My absolute favorite was to consume them is by sauteeing them in a pan to make them juicy and tender. Mushrooms were also picked as one of the food trends for 2018! They are packed with nutrients and they are a good source antioxidants.
