Deep dish dessert pizza

Deep dish dessert pizza

In a couple of days you are going to have an abundant stash of candy in your home. There is no denying that we won’t even get close to eating all the Halloween candy once it is over. The candy companies are rejoicing in the overselling of candy while all of us are left with unopened wrappers.

Do you save the candy till Christmas for the stockings? No because you will probably forget about it and tuck it away in your pantry just to discover the candy 6 months from now.

Today I’m going to solve your candy issue with this easy deep-dish dessert pizza. The best part is you get to customize it to your own liking and whatever candies you may have left over.

The crust is made out of Brownie brittle toffee crunch. “You know how I love my brownie brittle.” There is a layer of chocolate fudge and then loads of chopped up candy. I’m a sucker for anything chocolate so I decided to use just chocolate candies with some sprinkles. The crust is delicate but you can still slice it into pizza chunks and deliver to a plate. My suggestion is give everyone a fork in the family and dive in.

This is one crowd pleasing, chocolate loving, deep dish dessert pizza. You might want to have a glass of milk handy too.
