Cinnamon sugar pretzels with icing

Cinnamon sugar pretzels

Comfort food. Most of the time I sit and ponder on how my post will start. This is all about complete comfort food and how AWESOME these cinnamon sugar pretzels taste. For the past week I’ve been on this serious cinnamon kick and I can’t seem to get enough of this highly addicting spice. I made cinnamon toast crunch popcorn and apparently that didn’t solve my snack problem so I made these after.

Braided pretzels were and always have been one of my most favorite all time snacks especially the honey flavored ones. Since I was craving cinnamon I decided to add it to my bag of pretzels. If you are a fan of cinnamon rolls or anything with cinnamon in it you will LOVE these cinnamon sugar pretzels with icing.

Most people are fond of the baked snack chex mixes and this is no different except less ingredients.

After the baking process I decided to take it one step further by adding an easy icing recipe to the top. You don’t have to add the icing to the baked pretzels but if you want the FULL affect, which you do, then please do me a favor and add it. If you happen to have any leftovers just throw them in a zip loc baggie or store them in an air tight container for at least 7 to 10 days.
