It has been FOREVER since my last actual food post! There has been so much going on in our family. We took the trip to Italy and then got back and closed on our house this past week. Now we are in the process of moving homes but thankfully we have about a month to make the complete move. We have even more exciting news coming this week so stay tuned! I promise it will make more sense on why I have been out of the kitchen for the past couple of months. Also, my site is going to be moving to a wordpress blog in a couple of weeks. This past week I got to see a rough draft of the design and it looks fabulous.
Ok, on to the cookies! My coworkers have been very upset with me lately because I have not baked or cooked anything for them in a long time! This past week I had two requests for cookies so I promised them that I would make up for the lost time of baking. Let me tell you that I brought about 2 dozen of the cookies into the office and by lunch time they were all gone. (I only work with 8 people) These cookies are ultra chewy and full of chocolate chips.
STAY TUNED THIS WEEK FOR EXCITING NEWS!
