Baked Cheesy Ranch Meatballs

Baked Cheesy Ranch Meatballs

Men, tight pants, tailgating and lots of good food are what the fall months are about besides the holidays. Whether it’s High School, College or NFL games you can bet that our TV is on a football game on the weekends. You also can’t forget Monday night football games. Most of us or me are excited to get dressed up for games, see friends and enjoy good food on the grill. Now that baby life has sunk in for all of us tailgating isn’t quite an option.

That doesn’t mean that I can’t enjoy some good grub while watching my favorite sport teams. This past week I whipped up a batch of these Baked Cheesy Ranch Meatballs for us to snack on and later on we enjoyed them on a hoagie topped with cheese. It was a win-win for the football game and in our household because the kids devoured these meatballs and even requested them as leftovers for the next meal.

At first I was thinking about a chicken burger for the games but I wanted something smaller that could be used a multitude of different ways. You can enjoy these Baked Cheesy Ranch Meatballs alone with some veggies, on top of spaghetti or with some hoagie bread. If you have leftovers zip them up in an airtight container or bag and throw them in the freezer until ready to use.

The ranch flavoring came from Sabra’s Farmer’s Ranch dip that I’m gaga over. I tried it for the first time when visiting the headquarters and it’s by far the best ranch dip that I’ve ever tried. It’s even lower in calories than your typical ranch dressing. Now break out the dip and get started on the addicting meatballs.
