After eating a ton of cookies for the past two weeks I decided to make a different snack for around the house.
Popcorn is healthy, right?
It’s even better when it’s covered in chocolate and toffee bits. This could be my NEW favorite holiday snack. I love the simplicity of it and when you are feeding a baby every 2-3 hours simplicity is KEY.
You can package this up in jars or place in cute cellophane bags to give away to friends for the holidays or just anytime. White chocolate toffee popcorn is a gift that anyone would love.
ENJOY!
