Ok, I know what typically goes into a tater tot casserole, but why not be a little different and make a side dish without using any meat.

Sometimes its okay to break away from the standard and create something new and exciting.  Recipes fit into that category as well.

When Shaun and I made our first trek to Trader Joe’s two weekends ago we stocked up on all sorts of goodies.  One of these goodies consisted of a large frozen bag of tater tots.  My first thought was to make this recipe using beef or turkey but after consulting with Shaun I decided to stay meat free.

I usually don’t stray away from meat but when making this new side dish I decided that was going to be my route.

It’s cheesy!
It’s gooey!
It’s delicious!

Now go and make this for your friends and family!  They will thank you!

ENJOY
