    I made peppermint bark for the first time this year also. Because we have family members who are sensitive to dairy…I chose to just use dark chocolate (semi-sweet morsels). I melted a bag of morsels in a double boiler, then stirred in organic rice flake cereal (could also use rice crispies), and crushed peppermint candy. Then spread in a silicone baking pan, and topped with more crushed peppermint! YUM. I love these easy yet delicious recipes, don’t you?
    I bet your family loved it too!!
