This shop is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Home Depot & Rubbermaid, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #AllAccessOrganizers  http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO

I have been blogging for almost 3 years.  That is 3 years worth of food props that I FEEL are NECESSARY for great photos.  Well this is my opinion of course and my husband feels differently on this situation.  In fact I would rather have food props (dishes, dish towels, silverware) instead of new clothes.  He thinks that I have WAY more than enough stuff and should definitely STOP purchasing new cookbooks.  When we bought our house I made the study “my room.”  It has become over run with cookbooks, props, camera equipment, backboards and so much more.  I decided to get creative with an ikea bookcase and showcasing some props, cookbooks and just some other personal items.  As you can tell from the picture below things are a little crazy in the cubicles (no organization at all).

Look at this mess!  I can’t even keep things in my wooden basket.

I partnered with Rubbermaid to check out their All Access Organizers from Home Depot.  These bins are stackable and the best part is that they open from the top and from the front.

Organizing Food Props with Rubbermaid All Access OrganizersOlivia was even able to help me organize the props.  She wanted to test out the sturdiness of the bins and to check out the front window.

This is the bookcase after I was able to stash some of my food props into the All Access Organizers.  It looks much better and I have an open cubicle for more STUFF!  It will also be handy to pick up the bins and take into the kitchen if I am working on several cooking projects.

I bought two large bins and one small bin for my office.  In the picture above you can see that I was able to put the napkins and placemats into the small one and the plates into the large bin.

These bins would also be great for clothes, toys, towels or any other home items.  You can find these bins now at your local Home Depot Store.

I’m in need of new storage for my food props. I just stocked up on some new stuff to make my pictures a little better. I’ll have to check these out.
