This week I am relaxing in my hometown in Central Texas.  Shaun went back to work outside of Houston and I am sleeping late and enjoying my mornings outside watching the deer come to my parents feeder.  Life can’t get much better than this.  The dogs are also in heaven, having an endless yard to run and play in.  Complete bliss I call it and they agree.

My sister gets married this weekend and I thought I would go home for the week and take the dogs and just relax.  Luckily I can pull out the pregnant card to get out of the last minute wedding mumbo-jumbo.  I’m even going to try some new recipes out on my folks.  I hope my dad is ready for something besides potatoes and steak.

Before I left to come to my parents house I decided to treat Shaun and I to a last minute treat.  I love ice cream and I love desserts.  I had some left over oreos in my pantry and decided to whip up a quick milkshake.  This milkshake will not disappoint I promise.

ENJOY!
