Everyone knows or has heard about the Freshman 15. Well when I was in college not only did I gain the freshman 15 but I doubled it and put on 30 pounds. It’s funny how fast you can put on the weight but it TAKES FOREVER to take it off. At first I was in denial that I had gained that much weight. It took me about 1 year to finally realize that I needed to do something about it. I still remember the moment that I knew I needed to make a change. For Christmas I was at my parents house and I decided to step on the scale and after I got off I knew I would be starting a weight loss journey.
I went back to college and joined a local Weight Watcher’s group. Everything was on a point system and I needed some quick meals and something easy to help calculate all my points. I tried out Lean Cuisine meals and loved them. Needless to say they became a staple in my freezer for home and at my job. I love that they have different varieties and the best part is that the points are located on the side of the box for Weight Watchers. I’m pretty sure I ate every kind of pizza and panini sandwich that they make.
If you are looking for some quick meals to pop into the microwave at home or work I recommend trying these Chef Pick Meals from Lean Cuisine.
I have partnered with Lean Cuisine through DailyBuzz Food to help promote their new line of Chef’s Pick products. I have been compensated for my time commitment to work with this product. However, my opinions are entirely my own and I have not been paid to publish positive comments. Thank you Lean Cuisine!

I struggled with my weight as well in college. The cafeteria food was awful so I used to live on Lean Cuisine’s. Easy and delicious, what more could a 20 year old want? Okay, besides a cute boy!

I think we all did that our first year in college. Right?! Please say I’m right!!
I love Lean Cuisine’s food. Every time I feel like I need to lose a few, I go to the store and I literally stock-up on about 20 LC entrees.
