This weekend I received my H-E-B primo picks bag and boy -oh- boy it was full of goodies. It was jam packed with Mexican salsas, chili, fruit twists, chips and Whataburger mustard. One of the items is called “That Red Sauce.” If you have ever had “that green sauce” you will know that these salsas are must have products in your home. Not a joke we have a HUGE stash of both products in our pantry so if we finish a jar we can replace it right away.
One of the products that caught my attention was the Cookwell and Company Two Step Chili. My first thought was to create a chile con queso but why mess with a good product. Sometimes they stand good alone and I wanted to keep this meal simple. I’m ready for the cold weather and once I saw this jar I knew the queso was out and regular chili was in. I usually have my chili with a batch of homemade corn bread but I was running short on time so I tossed it on top of the Casa Magnifica chips (tortilla chips). If you really want to dress this meal up even more try topping it with fresh cut jalapenos, sliced avocados or freshly cut cilantro. The possibilities are endless with a good bowl of chili and best part is this meal took place in less than 30 minutes.

Easy Chili Chip Pie
Ingredients
- 1 1.25 pound package of Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 33 ounce jar cookwell and company 2 step chili
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
Instructions
Add turkey to a large pot and cook on medium heat until brown. Pour in the chili and cook until hot (approximately 10 minutes).
Crush tortilla chips and place at the bottom of each bowl. Pour the chili mixture over the chips and top with shredded cheese.
