People always assume that food bloggers make every single meal and our food is always very elaborate. We like simple, we like to eat out and we like to munch on snack foods that are lying around the house. The best way I can describe my blog is that I do like to cook and I want to share with everyone the food that our family eats and how simple it is to make it.
Things have been pretty hectic for me lately and a quick meal is just what I need at lunch time. This chicken and cheese flatbread is also a great meal for the kids. Each kid or grown-up can make their own pizza to their liking by taking away or adding ingredients. I’ve always had a thing for chicken pizza and prefer itover sausage or pepperoni any day.

Chicken +5 Ingredients Cheese Flatbread
Yield: 4 servings
Cook Time: 6 minutes
1 pound chicken breast tenderloins
1 cup Italian dressing
1 cup pizza sauce
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Place chicken in a large bowl and top with italian dressing. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or for 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Add chicken to a large skillet over medium/high heat. Cook for approx. 20 minutes or until done. Remove from heat and slice into bite size pieces.
Top each flatbread with 1/4 cup pizza sauce, chicken and 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake on a baking sheet for 6 minutes or when cheese is melted.
