It is no surprise that people love BACON!

Bacon with eggs. Bacon with sandwiches. Bacon on top of pizza.  I can go on and on about the many recipes that are highlighted with bacon.

We love bacon.  My dad used to joke with me about finding a guy and if I really wanted one I could just grill bacon outside and guys would be swarming.  Luckily for me I found Shaun before I ever had to do that.

Have you ever tried baking bacon?  Until this past weekend I was skeptical on this technique.  For the past couple of decades I’ve only had pan fried bacon.  Since spending New Year’s with my sister and her family I am a believer of baked bacon and I love it.  Easy clean up and crunchy bacon.  Did I mention that you can make more than 4-5 pieces at a time.  Shaun at least eats 1-2 pieces before we even sit down.  OK, maybe I steal a piece every now and then too.  Hope you can all be believers of baked bacon! Ingredients:
Bacon

Preparation:
Place a long sheet of foil on a baking sheet
Place the bacon on top of the sheet about an inch apart from each slice
Put the sheet in the oven and turn it to 425 degrees and bake for 12-15 minutes
Remove and place the bacon on several sheets of paper towels to soak up the grease and then serve

(I DID NOT PREHEAT THE OVEN and COOKING TIME MAY VARY WITH THICKNESS OF BACON)
